Our Event Captain program results in events that make an a real impact. The design varies based on event theme and number of attendees.

Our program includes the following:

 

Assessment: It all starts with an initial meeting with company leaders. We'll discuss goals, budget, and venue, which allows us to start developing a memorable program.

Analysis: A customized list of potential projects will be provided. This allows the team to consider options and determine the best approach.

Connection: Give3600 will contact the selected nonprofit(s) and schedule the event.

Execution: We are there as the day unfolds, working with all stakeholders to make sure things go smoothly.

Follow-Up: Communication during all phases keeps everyone involved and on the same page.

 

The final deliverable is an inspiring and fun event. Afterwards, we gather feedback from team members confirming that the desired outcome was achieved.
