Program Architect

Describe your team? Easy! It’s a group of dedicated, passionate professionals. What’s more, they want to give back by participating in community engagement events. Employee-led volunteer programs encourage teamwork, increase morale, boost retention, and set a positive example for new hires.

Our Program Architect program includes:

• Design: The first step is meeting with your team to learn about your culture, budget, and timing. During this phase, a survey documents their interests and volunteer experience.

• Building: The planning phase lays the foundation for a successful program. It includes:

  1. Working with stakeholders to recruit and create your employee engagement team.

  2. Facilitate “roadshow” presentations to promote the effort.

  3. Utilizing our nonprofit database, various nonprofit connections are shared.

  4. Recommendations for event awareness and announcements.

• Execution: The newly-formed team coordinates the first volunteer event. Give3600 is present at the event to offer guidance, as needed.

• Follow-up: All stakeholders and team members receive status updates in each phase. After the first event, we gather feedback from participants and the nonprofit to gauge success. Based on the feedback, recommendations are made for future events.

The need is always there. Let Give3600 help you build a team focused on connecting with your community.
